Experience the Middle Ages in the castle park of Cannenburch

On May 2 & 3, 2026, the 10th edition of the Medieval Festival Cannenburch will take place once again!

An event enjoyable for young and old alike.
For one full weekend, the castle park of Cannenburch transforms into a true medieval encampment, full of life and activity.

Enjoy interactive demonstrations of various medieval shows, such as knightly combat and archers in action.
Listen to storytellers and musicians.
The inhabitants of the encampment demonstrate, in a historically accurate manner, what daily life in the Middle Ages looked like,
and are happy to explain their role in that time.
At the atmospheric historical market, there is something for everyone.

The grounds open at 10:30 AM and the castle at 11:00 AM.
