Maestros de la flecha. <\/p><p>Los templarios especializados en la fabricaci\u00f3n de flechas eran llamados Fletchers.<\/p><p>Esta nave exist\u00eda mucho antes de la Edad Media.<\/p><p>Los Fletcher eran indispensables para suministrar armas tanto para la caza como para la guerra. Eran la columna vertebral de los ej\u00e9rcitos. Era un centro de supervivencia.  <\/p><p>Debido a este papel crucial, su profesi\u00f3n ten\u00eda un estatus muy alto.
