Maurice \u2013 Robert y Guy de Craon. Se estableci\u00f3 en Aquitania y fue prometido en matrimonio con la hija del se\u00f1or de Angoumois. Poco despu\u00e9s de su elecci\u00f3n, \u00e9l y sus tropas derrotaron al emir de Alepo, que estaba involucrado en actividades de bandolero por toda Palestina. <\/p><p>Bajo el magisterio de Roberto, los Caballeros Templarios fueron autorizados por el papa Eugenio III a llevar la pat\u00e9e de la Cruz Roja. El papa Inocencio II, dice: \u00abOmne datum optimum (29 de marzo de 1139) especifica los privilegios de la Orden\u00bb <\/p><p> <\/p><p>La m\u00e1s importante es la exenci\u00f3n de la jurisdicci\u00f3n episcopal;
