Torre<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f820d10 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"f820d10\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Cada primer lunes de mes a las 12 en punto suena la sirena en los Pa\u00edses Bajos. Pero, \u00bfc\u00f3mo sab\u00edan en la Edad Media que el peligro era inminente?\u00bb <\/p><p>Hoy en d\u00eda sonan las sirenas todos los primeros lunes de mes a las 12:00 en los Pa\u00edses Bajos. Como prueba para nuestro sistema nacional de alarma. <\/p><p>En la Edad Media no exist\u00eda este sistema.<\/p><p>Siglos antes de que existieran las sirenas, nos advirtieron de otra manera. Lo que entonces nos advirti\u00f3 de la inminente fatalidad, como el fuego o el enemigo: fueron los Vigilantes de la Torre. En las torres de la ciudad \u2014normalmente de la iglesia\u2014 los guardias de la torre estaban presentes las 24 horas del d\u00eda, los 7 d\u00edas de la semana. Al menos 2. Esto es por seguridad: supongamos que algo le pasa a un guardia de la torre, el otro podr\u00eda ir a pedir ayuda. Adem\u00e1s: as\u00ed podr\u00edan turnarse para descansar y dormir.     <\/p><p>En las Torres hab\u00eda camas donde pod\u00edan descansar. Una cama es una especie de lugar para dormir incorporado, que parece un armario. A menudo cerrados con puertas o una cortina o algo similar.  <\/p><p>Por supuesto, los Guardias de la Torre ten\u00edan m\u00e1s tareas. Otra tarea era que ten\u00edan que caminar cada hora por el circuito de una Torre.   <br>Una torre de torre (y no estamos hablando de ajedrez aqu\u00ed) es una balaustrada en la torre que rodea toda la torre. En otras palabras: puedes caminar alrededor de 360 grados por fuera de la torre. Las torres m\u00e1s grandes suelen tener m\u00faltiples \u00f3rbitas. La Torre de la Iglesia de Nuestra Se\u00f1ora de Breda tiene 4 (!!) circuitos.   <\/p><p>Estos no eran solo para los guardias de la Torre, sino tambi\u00e9n para los trabajadores que pod\u00edan mantener f\u00e1cilmente el exterior de la Torre.<\/p><p>Volviendo a los Guardias de la Torre: que ten\u00edan que recorrer el circuito cada hora y luego tocar la trompeta. La poblaci\u00f3n no ten\u00eda relojes, y mucho menos tel\u00e9fonos m\u00f3viles. Estaba oscuro, hab\u00eda luz, esa era la \u00fanica se\u00f1al del tiempo que realmente interesaba a una persona medieval. A ojos de la gente medieval, somos aut\u00e9nticos pollos de estr\u00e9s, que vivimos en el segundo. La manecilla de los minutos tambi\u00e9n estuvo all\u00ed por primera vez en 1855, y mucho menos la de los segundos.    <\/p><p>As\u00ed que, por cada hora que repiaba ese cuerno de los Guardias de la Torre, la poblaci\u00f3n sab\u00eda: hab\u00eda pasado otra hora. De ah\u00ed viene el dicho <strong>que soplaba alto desde la torre. <\/strong>  <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-4acb933 elementor-section-content-middle elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"4acb933\" data-element_type=\"section\" data-e-type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-50 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-740b138\" data-id=\"740b138\" data-element_type=\"column\" data-e-type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-661072b e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"661072b\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-e443fd5 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"e443fd5\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Bocina de se\u00f1ales con adornos de 1878, utilizada por el encargado de la torre de la ciudad de Breda.<\/p><p>\u00abQuienes &#8216;volan la torre&#8217; pueden sonar jactanciosos hoy, pero en su d\u00eda simplemente significaba que manten\u00edas tu ciudad a salvo.\u00bb<\/p><p>El \u00faltimo Tower Keeper en Breda fue el se\u00f1or Fishert, que se jubil\u00f3 en 1895. Si hab\u00eda un incendio durante el d\u00eda, se colgaba una bandera roja de la torre de la torre al lado del fuego.
