agosto a octubre<\/p><p><strong>Preparaci\u00f3n<br><\/strong>Las jud\u00edas j\u00f3venes se pueden comer como jud\u00edas verdes enteras. Las jud\u00edas tambi\u00e9n pueden comerse frescas o secas. El sabor se puede comparar con el pur\u00e9 de casta\u00f1as dulces.  <\/p><p><strong>Proverbio<br><\/strong>El dicho: &#8216;Eres un frijol sagrado&#8217;. Es alguien que finge ser piadoso, pero mientras tanto no se comporta tanto. <\/p><p><strong>Nombre<br><\/strong>La jud\u00eda sagrada tambi\u00e9n se llama frijol monstranos: dos nombres para ser la misma jud\u00eda. El <em>Phaseolus vulgaris &#8216;Monstrans&#8217;.<\/em> Monstrare es lat\u00edn para mostrar, mostrar. Los cat\u00f3licos llevan la hostia en procesiones en un halo plateado ricamente decorado en un palo, con dos platos de cristal en medio del sol entre los cuales se puede colocar la hostia. De este modo, los cat\u00f3licos devotos pueden adorar mejor el cuerpo de Cristo, representado por la hostia.   <\/p><p><strong>Historia<br><\/strong>Hace mucho tiempo, en Melderslo, Limburgo, hab\u00eda una iglesia sencilla, donde un pastor dedicado velaba por su parroquia. En su d\u00eda, un rico agricultor hizo un gran regalo a la iglesia en agradecimiento por una buena cosecha y el consejo eclesi\u00e1stico decidi\u00f3 entonces hacer una hermosa custodia por el orfebre de la ciudad cercana. La custodia se utiliza en la Iglesia Cat\u00f3lica Romana para exhibir la hostia. Estaba hecha de un tipo de madera preciosa, finamente cortada y luego cubierta con una capa de oro puro. No hace falta decir que el sacerdote no solo estaba orgulloso de este hermoso (\u00a1y sagrado!) armario, sino que tambi\u00e9n lo cuid\u00f3 con gran cuidado. En aquellos tiempos eran turbulentos y una guerra se avecinaba en el horizonte. Un d\u00eda, los soldados del rey recorrieron el pueblo y reclutaron a todos los j\u00f3venes para unirse a la lucha. El sacerdote sab\u00eda lo suficiente: era el momento perfecto para llevar a cabo su plan de evacuaci\u00f3n. \u00bfIba a huir? \u00bfEra un pastor cobarde? \u00a1En absoluto! Hab\u00eda ideado el plan de enterrar la preciosa custodia en el jard\u00edn de la rector\u00eda. Pod\u00eda ocurrir que el rey necesitara dinero extra y confiscara los tesoros eclesi\u00e1sticos. Deber\u00eda ocurrir (lo cual Dios no lo quiera) que el enemigo ganara y se lanzara a una incursi\u00f3n&#8230; En el lugar donde enterr\u00f3 la custodia, el sacerdote sembr\u00f3 algunas jud\u00edas para que el lugar quedara marcado por el momento. Eso no despert\u00f3 ninguna arrogancia.<\/p><p>El enemigo conquist\u00f3 y, de hecho, lleg\u00f3 saqueando y asesinando a trav\u00e9s de aldeas y ciudades. No se encontr\u00f3 mucho en la sencilla iglesia, el cuenco de ofrendas de peltre con unas monedas era lo \u00fanico que se llevaban consigo. Sorprendido pero secretamente tambi\u00e9n feliz, as\u00ed se sinti\u00f3 el sacerdote tras esta brutal violaci\u00f3n de su iglesia. Por suerte, la paz regres\u00f3 r\u00e1pidamente al pueblo; en las semanas posteriores a la cosecha de la Santa Frijol, la custodia pudo ser desenterrada, limpiada y pulida.   <\/p><p>El verano avanz\u00f3 y las jud\u00edas crecieron bien. El sacerdote not\u00f3 que las jud\u00edas estaban muy frescas, una cosecha rica que ser\u00eda. Despu\u00e9s de cosechar varias veces (\u00a1las jud\u00edas sab\u00edan bien!), el sacerdote, por costumbre de poder sembrar de nuevo al a\u00f1o siguiente, dej\u00f3 madurar algunas vainas. En septiembre trill\u00f3 las jud\u00edas&#8230;. \u00a1Asombro! En las jud\u00edas originalmente blancas apareci\u00f3 de repente un dibujo sagrado: la silueta de la custodia enterrada con la hostia dentro. Esto era claramente un Holy Bean.      <\/p><p>La historia pronto se difundi\u00f3 y todos quer\u00edan las alubias del sacerdote para cosechar en el a\u00f1o nuevo. Desde entonces, la jud\u00eda se ha extendido por muchas parroquias y todav\u00eda hay algunos propietarios privilegiados que pueden difundirla. Las jud\u00edas traer\u00edan salvaci\u00f3n, prosperidad y felicidad si la gente las llevara consigo.  <\/p><p>Otro cuento popular subyacente trata sobre el ap\u00f3stol Santiago el Mayor, hermano del evangelista Juan.
