Croisade<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-787ce83 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"787ce83\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Le pape Urbain II souhaitait que la premi\u00e8re croisade soit men\u00e9e par l\u2019\u00c9glise et non par des la\u00efcs. Il envoya donc Ademar de Monteil, \u00e9v\u00eaque de Le Pug. Il fut l\u00e9gat pontifical lors de la Premi\u00e8re Croisade. (1095 \u2013 1099). Un l\u00e9gat est une personne choisie par le pape pour agir en son nom dans certaines affaires. Il \u00e9tait souvent envoy\u00e9 pour n\u00e9gocier un trait\u00e9, r\u00e9soudre un diff\u00e9rend, et m\u00eame couronner un roi si le pape lui-m\u00eame ne le pouvait pas en personne. Ademar de Monteil, \u00e9v\u00eaque du Puy. Ademaro \u00e9tait un \u00e9v\u00eaque \u00e0 l\u2019ancienne et savait monter \u00e0 cheval et porter une armure. Pendant la croisade, Ademar montra \u00e0 plusieurs reprises ses capacit\u00e9s militaires. Le pape Urbain voulait m\u00eame qu\u2019Ademar devienne patriarche de J\u00e9rusalem. Peut-\u00eatre est-ce la raison sous-jacente pour laquelle Godefroy ne voulait pas devenir roi de J\u00e9rusalem ?          <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-51a234e elementor-section-content-middle elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"51a234e\" data-element_type=\"section\" data-e-type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-50 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-89df05e\" data-id=\"89df05e\" data-element_type=\"column\" data-e-type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-3aa36fe elementor-widget__width-initial elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"3aa36fe\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>\u00c0 cette \u00e9poque, toutes les arm\u00e9es \u00e9taient accompagn\u00e9es de pr\u00eatres et, peut-\u00eatre parce que c\u2019\u00e9tait le pape qui voulait l\u2019existence de l\u2019arm\u00e9e crois\u00e9e, il se limita \u00e0 rendre le pr\u00eatre disponible pour l\u2019exp\u00e9dition \u00e9galement. Le titre de l\u00e9gat apostolique et les qualit\u00e9s personnelles de l\u2019\u00e9v\u00eaque Ademaro de Monteil lui valurent la confiance et le respect des crois\u00e9s.
