den 12 november 1174 i Clairvaux. Vid 61 \u00e5rs \u00e5lder. <\/p><p>Modern var Jean des Barres.<\/p><p>Han var den tredje m\u00e4staren f\u00f6r Tempelriddarna och styrde orden fr\u00e5n mars 1149 till 1152. Han var redan en av de viktigaste dignit\u00e4rerna i Tempelorden n\u00e4r storm\u00e4staren Robert de Craon dog i januari 1149. Eftersom Evrard d\u00e5 b\u00e4r titeln Frankrikes l\u00e4rare. Knappt utn\u00e4mnd m\u00e5ste han ingripa milit\u00e4rt i spetsen f\u00f6r sina tempelriddare f\u00f6r att r\u00e4dda den franske kungen Ludvig VII, som deltog i det andra korst\u00e5get, i Pisidias raviner.   <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-c7785a5 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"c7785a5\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-1f33cbc e-con-full e-flex e-con e-child\" data-id=\"1f33cbc\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-aad6537 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"aad6537\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Evrard des Barres ratificerar tydligt och fastst\u00e4ller ytterligare tempelriddarkoderna. Han vittnar som en sann tempelriddare i alla v\u00e4rderingar och standarder. <\/p><p>Som Tempelm\u00e4stare \u00e4r han en v\u00e4rdefull f\u00f6rebild f\u00f6r riddarna. Med hj\u00e4lp av sina br\u00f6der stod han upp mot turkarna och s\u00e5g p\u00e5 med visdom och mod. Att f\u00f6rsvara det som tillh\u00f6rde honom. Ocks\u00e5 att skydda med all sin kraft och styrka det som tillh\u00f6rde andra.   <\/p><p> <\/p><p>Hans inflytande p\u00e5 Ludvig VII verkar ha varit starkt. N\u00e4r korst\u00e5get avslutas med ett nederlag f\u00f6r Damaskus \u00e5terv\u00e4nder Ludvig VII till Frankrike, f\u00f6ljd av Evrard som l\u00e5nar en stor summa pengar till monarken. Det \u00e4r ett prejudikat som kommer att g\u00e4lla f\u00f6r framtiden.
